Insightful. It's interesting to see how AI will revolutionize Psychological thinking. More interesting will be to see on what set of data it was trained.

Ashish truly thought provoking and insightful . Recently I got opportunity to attend session by Jaspreet Bindra , AI guru . While being asked on question : Is AI a bias tool ? his response was since AI has been designed by human beings , it is bound to be biased to certain extent , since we human beings also carry our own conscious as well as unconscious biases.

As HR professional , I found this article and examples very thought provoking , AI can be indeed a great tool , we are all surfing on AI wave .. Tsunami . However in my opinion AI cannot replace beliefs , behaviours , ethics , values , empathy , compassion - things that are strong pillars of People management .

Insightful read Ashish! A great reminder that while AI can simulate ethical reasoning, real accountability still lies with humans. Loved the balanced perspective
